Hi! I’m Claudia.
I’m a Staff UX Content Designer working on AI UX design. I love finding patterns and turning complexity into clarity.
Designing
human-centered AI UX
I’m a Master of Science-trained anthropologist and former Bauhaus Foundation design researcher, endlessly curious about how design shapes our world. At Qualtrics (where I work), I combine anthropology, design theory, and computer science to take on complex challenges in AI product design. With over a decade of experience in design, architecture, and UX, I’m most excited by teaming up with others to tackle new and novel problems.
AI UX case studies
Turning raw data into AI-insights
I led end-to-end design for Qualtrics Assist, an AI assistant that guides users to dashboard insights. The assistant improved speed-to-insight by 3.2×, delivered structured outputs for 87% of queries, and increased user confidence in interpreting insights by 68%, while scaling across multiple product units.
From features to frameworks: designing agentic AI with task recipes
I designed a framework and interaction model that let’s AI behave consistently, scale across teams and learn from user interactions — making it easier to build, trust and more effective for users.

Helping millions of Airbnb Hosts find community and belonging
At Airbnb, I shaped how community and content design systems scaled across the organization. For the Airbnb Community Center, I led strategy and content design to improve navigation, taxonomy, and task flows—making it easier for millions of hosts to find resources, share knowledge, and feel recognized. These changes increased adoption, engagement, and host satisfaction.
Driving clear and consistent content across 40+ Features
I led a workstream to bring the content design system into Figma, partnering with product and design teams to create reusable patterns and tone guidelines that supported consistency and speed across teams.
